FOG Matter provides internal and external grease trap servicing across the Garden Route, per waste-water By-Law, Chapter 1, Section 3: Protection of Municipal Sewers. We strive to educate the Hospitality Industry to remove and dispose of FOG (fat, oil and grease) correctly by disposing and treating the waste for recycling purposes and diverting it from landfills.
