– Groups will rotate after each question to ensure a flow of information and ideas.
– After deliberations on each question, input will be collected from each group.
– Pre-appointed topic leaders will consolidate inputs and draft resolutions for presentation at AGM.
– On some matters that may require prioritised action plans a simple voting system will be utilised in order to determine consensus on priority order.
– The process is specifically designed to create an atmosphere of open discussion, with a “coffee shop” feeling in order to stimulate the sharing of ideas.  This is also aimed at breaking down barriers to input and consensus often found in traditional conference approaches.
