Information & Overview

The AHi has historically placed a strong emphasis on maintaining its reputation as a business organization and chamber movement of excellence by mobilizing expertise to support its members. Furthermore, the AHi strives to empower its members in order to provide a meaningful contribution in the business environment as well as to initiate supporting actions to promote the development of the country and the free enterprise system as an organization that promotes business in all areas.

All the proverbial business roads leads to George from 06 to 09 October as the AHi National Congress descends on this beautiful city at the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains. The economic hub of the region will throw its doors open and welcome business people from all across our land to boldly proclaim, “George and the Garden Route are indeed open for business!”

By being awarded the Business Chamber of the Year in 2014, the George Business Chamber won the rights to host the AHi National Congress in 2015.  We invite you and your organization, business or chamber to join us for a host of business- and leisure-related activities during the October school holidays. Bring your family along and mix business with pleasure, for once.
